YAQOUB ALKINDI TRANDING EST (YAT). is a local company which is one of the known and very old company in the construction field in Nizwa. The company founded in Eighties by “Yaqoub Yahya Al kindi”, the company began trading in construction field in Nizwa. After three years of success the company developed and started with Aluminum factory “Al kindi Aluminum” in Karsha Industrial Area, Nizwa.
Throughout the nineties the company expanded its business and began in crushers business “Wahet Firq Crushers”. Further expansion occurred in 2010 started with a fully automatic concrete block factory “Al Rumeli Cement Products” in Alrumeli Industrial area, Birkat Almouz under leadership of Mr. Al Julanda Al Kindi, Chairman.

Wahet Firq Crusher L.L.C started in 1995 as a small sand-and-gravel business. It has grown into a large company with 47 skilled and competence staff and reliable fleet of 15 Man Dump Trucks and more than 7 different models Dump Trailer Trucks.
Wahet Firq Crusher L.L.C located in Nizwa Area, with an average production capacity of 3000 Cu. M. of different sized Aggregate Materials per day. It is our infrastructural facilities that make us one of the leading aggregate suppliers to the construction industry in Oman.
Wahet Firq Crusher is the single source of aggregates which are used to supply raw materials to our Block Factory.
Wahet Firq Crusher & Amjad Al Kamel Crusher are equipped with machinery from world-renowned companies- namely Hazemag Nordberg of Germany and Gulf Metal Foundry, UAE. The combined production capacity of the crushers at Nizwa and Ibra is 7000 MT per day.
The crushers conduct a crushing operation in three stages-primary, secondary and tertiary to ensures production of aggregates with desirable physical characteristics. The crushers using state-of-the-art cyclone washing system to wash sand, the silt content is reduced to the permissible limits.
The Crushers produced granular sub base and aggregate base course materials besides coarse and fine aggregates. Granular sub base and aggregate base course materials comply with General Specifications for Roads, Sultanate of Oman.
The Crushers conduct a routine testing of products to ensure consistent quality of the crusher materials. Giving great emphasis to quality, the aggregates conform to Omani and BS Standard specifications.
Al Rumeli Cement Product started the operation in the year of 2010 under the leadership of Mr. Al Julanda Al Kindi, Civil Engineer, who was involved from the beginning of the factory construction till the commissioning at Alrumeli Industrial, Nizwa Area.
Al Rumeli Cement Products using American make concrete batching plant. The management is run by professionals and experts in the field of concrete industries. It has taken a bold step to introduce a high capacity fully computerized concrete products manufacturing plant to cope with the growing demand for quality concrete products. It has a reputed name because of quality raw materials being used for manufacturing the concrete products, constant monitoring of materials, strict in house control on production process and finished product of each batch are tested.
Al Rumeli Plant is imported from BESSER, Alpena, U.S.A. a 100 years old company is known worldwide for manufacturing block plants for producing superior quality concrete products over 70 countries worldwide.
The Raw Materials used to manufacture our blocks from Wahet Firq Crusher L.L.C. The Aggregates used in the manufacture of Concrete Blocks are batched in a Computerized Batching Plant. These raw materials (graded aggregate, Crusher Sand, OPC and Admix Antipore54S) are fed into a Turbo Mixer equipped with moisture sensors to ensure consistent mix of zero slump concrete.
The BESSER BH4 block machine converts the ingredients into high strength blocks through a combination of pressure and controlled vibration.
The outcome blocks are transported to the curing chamber which features Steam Curing & Air Circulation to ensure optimal curing Systems. The cured blocks are transported to the cuber where the blocks are cubed/palletized and thereafter stored in the yard for at least 1 week prior to delivery.
